More than 64 million people are at risk of health problems following exposure to Gulf oil spill chemicals. Given the inevitability of these exposures, and the need to take steps to lessen the adverse impacts, we support those who have been effected by:
- Providing established programs to support people exposed lessen the health impacts of those exposures with “Help” protocols ready to go.
- Standing ready to assist those who choose this help in petitioning Medicare, Medicaid, private health insurance and the BP Escrow Fund for cost coverage.
